Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to manage the financial and accounting operations of our automotive showroom. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience working in a CA firm, with strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, GST, and financial reporting.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting transactions and financial records.
• Handle vehicle sales, purchase entries, and showroom accounts.
• Manage customer payments, vendor payments, and bank reconciliation.
• Maintain cash book, ledger accounts, and general accounts.
• Handle GST returns, TDS, and other taxation-related activities.
• Verify sales invoices, purchase bills, and expense statements.
• Monitor outstanding payments and customer dues.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and MIS reports.
• Coordinate with CA firms and auditors for audits and compliance.
• Ensure accuracy of all financial records and documentation.

Eligibility Criteria

• CA Inter / M.Com / MBA in Finance.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a CA firm is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and Income Tax.
• Working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.
• Knowledge of automobile showroom accounting is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
