Job Description
Greet and welcome customers in a polite and friendly manner.
Explain the menu and provide recommendations when required.
Take customer orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen/bar team.
Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally.
Check on customers regularly and respond to their requests.
Clear and clean tables promptly after customers leave.
Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, service areas, and dining spaces.
Ensure cutlery, crockery, glasses, and other service items are clean and properly arranged.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service.
Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally and inform the supervisor when required.
Follow café SOPs, hygiene standards, and service procedures.
Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and arranging the service area.
Maintain a professional appearance and follow the café's grooming standards.
Support the team with other operational duties when required.
