- Handle inbound & outbound customer calls
- Resolve customer queries professionally
- Answer customer calls and emails promptly
- Provide accurate product/service information
- Maintain customer records in CRM software
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution
✅ Good communication skills
✅ Active listening & problem-solving skills
✅ Basic computer knowledge required
