Job Description

Job Title: Telecaller – Loan Sales

Department: Sales

  • Job Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers to explain loan products and services.
  • Generate leads and follow up with interested customers for loan applications.
  • Explain loan eligibility, interest rates, repayment terms, and documentation requirements.
  • Assist customers with personal loans, business loans, or other loan products offered by the company.
  • Convince potential customers to apply for suitable loan products.
  • Maintain customer information and update call records in the CRM.
  • Coordinate with the sales and loan processing teams to ensure timely application processing.
  • Achieve daily and monthly calling, lead generation, and sales targets.
  • Maintain professional communication and build positive relationships with customers.
  • Required Skills:Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Basic knowledge of loan products and financial services.
  • Ability to handle customer queries and objections.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
  • Target-oriented attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Hindi communication skills; basic English is an advantage.
  • Eligibility:Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred.
  • Freshers can apply.
  • Experience in telecalling, telesales, banking, or loan sales will be an advantage.
