Company: Sush Enterprises (Recovery Collections Division)
Location: Chaithanyapuri
🎯 Role Objective
To connect with customers over phone, explain recovery process clearly, and ensure disciplined collections with professionalism.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to customers regarding pending dues.
• Persuade and motivate customers to clear balances within timelines.
• Maintain accurate call records and update Excel/CRM sheets.
• Follow structured scripts and branded punchlines of Sush Enterprises.
• Achieve daily/weekly call and recovery targets.
• Handle objections with patience and firm accountability.
• Support team unity by participating in incentive programs and motivational drives.
👤 Candidate Profile
• Education: Minimum Intermediate/Graduation.
• Languages: Telugu mandatory; Hindi/English preferred.
• Skills: Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Attitude: Energetic, disciplined, and target-oriented.
• Experience: Freshers welcome; prior collections/telecalling experience is an advantage.
