Job Title: Tax Analyst – International Voice Process

Key Responsibilities:

·     Handle inbound and outbound international calls to assist customers with tax-related queries, products, and services.

·     Clearly and professionally explain company offerings to existing and potential customers.

·     Gather, verify, and update customer information accurately in the system.

·     Identify customer needs by asking relevant questions and providing effective solutions.

·     Address and resolve customer issues promptly while maintaining high service standards.

·     Process product orders and service requests efficiently.

·     Recommend appropriate solutions based on customer requirements and company policies.

Eligibility Criteria:

·     Experience: 1 to 2 years. 

·     Education: Graduate in any discipline (Commerce background preferred but not mandatory).

Skills:

·     Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

·     Strong interpersonal, listening, and problem-solving abilities.

·     Professional demeanor with a customer-centric approach.

·     Willingness to work in an international voice process and night shifts.

Work Details:

·     Salary Package: ₹2.4 LPA-3LPA

·     Shift Timing: Night Shift (8:00 PM – 6:00 AM)

·     Working Days: 6 days a week, No cab facility.

·     Location: Begumpet, Hyderabad (Near Prakash Nagar Metro Station Opp Metro Pillar No 1365).
