We are looking for a creative and hands-on Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager who can independently manage our digital presence and create content that showcases our Granite, Marble, Quartz, Tiles & Natural Stone products.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

🎨 Graphic Design & Carousels

* Design high-quality Instagram & LinkedIn posts, carousels, creatives and promotional content

* Create visually appealing product presentations and marketing creatives

🎥 Content Creation

* Plan and create Reels, videos, product content and social media campaigns

* Develop creative ideas and content around our products, projects and brand

📱 Social Media Management

* Manage our Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other social platforms

* Plan and maintain a consistent content calendar

* Monitor engagement, trends and audience response

📈 Digital Advertising

* Create, manage and optimize Meta/Instagram & other digital ad campaigns

* Generate leads and track campaign performance

* Continuously improve ad creatives and targeting

🔎 SEO

* Manage and improve website SEO

* Keyword research, on-page SEO and content optimization

* Work towards improving organic visibility and website traffic

📊 Analytics & Growth

* Track social media and advertising performance

* Prepare regular reports and identify opportunities for growth

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

* A creative, responsible and self-driven person

* Strong knowledge of Canva / Photoshop / Illustrator or similar design tools

* Good understanding of social media, digital advertising and SEO

* Ability to shoot/edit basic videos and create Reels

* Good communication and content-writing skills

* Someone who can take ownership of the complete digital marketing function

IMPORTANT — FULL-TIME OFFICE ROLE

This is NOT a freelance or remote position.

The selected candidate will be required to work full-time from our office, collaborate directly with our team, understand our products and business, and handle the day-to-day digital marketing activities from the office.

💰 Salary will be competitive and based on the candidate’s skills, experience and overall capabilities. We are willing to pay well for the right person who can genuinely take ownership of the role.
