Job Description

Coordinating sales activities and supporting the sales team.

Processing customer orders accurately and on time.

Preparing quotations, proposals, and sales contracts.

Maintaining customer records and updating CRM systems.

Tracking sales targets, performance, and preparing reports.

Communicating with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and inquiries.

Coordinating with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.

Scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team.

Following up on pending orders, payments, and customer feedback.

Assisting in preparing presentations and marketing materials.

Handling documentation, invoices, and filing sales-related records.

Resolving customer complaints or escalating issues to the appropriate department.

Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating product availability.

Supporting sales campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional events.

Ensuring compliance with company policies and maintaining confidentiality of customer information.
