About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Acquisition & Retention Executive to join our team The role involves acquiring new customers building strong customer relationships and ensuring existing customers continue to engage with our services.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and connect with potential customers through calls WhatsApp social media and other channels.

Follow up with leads and convert potential customers into active customers.

Build and maintain positive relationships with existing customers.

Conduct regular follow-ups to improve customer retention and engagement.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services.

Address customer queries and coordinate with the concerned internal teams for resolution.

Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups conversions and customer interactions.

Work towards assigned acquisition and retention targets.

Collect customer feedback and communicate relevant insights to the team.

Follow up consistently with customers and leads to achieve business objectives.

Candidate Requirements

Intermediate (10+2) or any higher qualification.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over calls and messages.

Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Positive attitude with a professional approach.

Self-motivated responsible and target-oriented.

Strong follow-up and convincing skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office or Google Sheets is an added advantage.

Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
