About Job Role
- As a Retail Associate (RA), your daily goal is to reach a set number of leads and engage prospects with charm and persuasion.
- Talk to customers, understand their requirements, and help them with the buying process.
- Build good relationships with customers and convince them to choose CARS24.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Negotiate with customers and convert leads into successful sales.
- Regularly follow up with customers who have shown interest.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and updates.
