Job Description

Handling reservations and booking requests from country club members

Manage booking for rooms.

Respond to enquires through phone, WhatsApp, email and in-person interactions.

Check availability and provide accurate booking confirmation.

Confirm, modify and cancel reservations as required.

Maintain updated reservation records and booking details.

Follow up on pending confirmations and payments

Prepare daily reservation reports and maintain proper documentation.

Follow club policies, procedures and service standards.
