Production Engineer Trainee – Core Manufacturing

Start your engineering career in core manufacturing, where you will work directly on real products, production processes, quality and people management. We are looking for young engineers who want to build a long-term career beyond the IT sector.

What You Will Do:

• Supervise and lead a team of 5–10 factory workers.
• Drive production targets while maintaining consistent product quality.
• Learn and manage manufacturing processes, shop-floor practices and quality standards.
• Identify problems, improve processes and coordinate with senior engineers.
• Develop practical skills in production management, quality and team leadership.

Who Can Apply:

• First-class BE/B.Tech Engineering Graduates from a recognized institution.
• Male candidates only, passed out within the last 15 months.
• Genuine interest in building a career in core engineering/manufacturing.
• Freshers with the right attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Training & Career Path:

Selected candidates will undergo 6 months of structured on-the-job training/probation, with hands-on exposure to manufacturing operations. Successful candidates will be absorbed into the company as full-time Production/QA Engineers with opportunities for long-term career growth.
