Operations Executive

Cabbie International Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive, execution-focused, and responsible Operations Executive to manage and coordinate day-to-day travel and car rental operations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operational execution, coordinating with drivers, vendors, clients, and internal teams, managing bookings and trips, resolving operational issues, and maintaining high standards of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and drive the day-to-day operations of car rental and travel services, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
• Coordinate vehicle allocation, availability, cleanliness, maintenance, and deployment based on customer requirements.
• Manage drivers and transport partners, ensuring punctual reporting, professional conduct, route adherence, and service quality.
• Handle bookings and trip management, including schedules, vehicle assignments, modifications, cancellations, and last-minute requirements.
• Manage end-to-end travel operations, from booking confirmation through trip completion and post-booking support.
• Coordinate with vendors and ensure all required vendor documentation and operational requirements are completed accurately and on time.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with vendors, drivers, transport partners, and clients.
• Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and ensure smooth and timely execution of services.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and operational escalations, ensuring quick and effective resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of operational activities.
• Track operational activities, bookings, trips, and inventory/fleet availability to ensure accuracy and timely execution.
• Analyze operational data and identify areas for improvement, efficiency, and cost optimization.
• Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and proactively resolve operational challenges.
• Ensure adherence to operational processes, service standards, and customer requirements.
• Be available to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on business requirements.
