Job Description

A Human Resources (HR) professional manages the complete employee lifecycle inside an organization, from hiring performance and workplace culture.


Core Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Source candidates, conduct interviews, write job descriptions, and welcome new hires.
  • Employee Relations: Mediate conflicts, handle grievances, and enforce fair company policies.
  • Compliance: Ensure the workplace follows all local labor laws and safety regulations.
  • Training & Development: Plan staff training, coordinate performance reviews, and support career growth.
