Job Responsibilities:-

• Contact and counsel prospective learners over phone.
• Make outbound calls and follow up on leads.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT training programs.
• Convert enquiries into enrollments.
• Maintain customer relationships and ensure timely follow-ups via calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Update customer interactions in CRM.
• Requirements0–1 years of experience in Inside Sales, Tele Sales, Business Development, or EdTech Sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with cold calling and outbound sales.
• Target-oriented with strong negotiation and convincing skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity.
• EdTech experience is preferred but not mandatory.
