Skin Clinic – Front Desk & Pharmacist
Front Desk Executive
* Welcome and assist patients professionally.
* Manage appointments, calls, billing, and patient records.
* Coordinate with doctors and therapists.
* Handle follow-ups and maintain front-desk operations.
* Good communication and customer-service skills required.
Pharmacist
* Dispense medicines as prescribed by the doctor.
* Maintain pharmacy stock, expiry, and inventory records.
* Explain dosage and usage instructions to patients.
* Ensure proper storage and handling of medicines.
* Maintain accurate billing and pharmacy documentation.
