Job Description

Job Title: Field Engineer – Vending Machines

Location: Field-Based

Qualification Required:

  • ITI / Diploma (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related field)
  • Basic English communication skills

Job Responsibilities:

  • Install, service, and maintain vending machines at customer locations.
  • Visit multiple sites daily and provide on-site technical support.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot machine issues and perform necessary repairs.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure smooth machine operation.
  • Coordinate with customers regarding service requests and machine performance.
  • Submit daily service reports and update work status.
  • Ensure timely closure of service tickets and customer complaints.

Skills Required:

  • Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Ability to travel extensively and work in the field.
  • Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Basic English reading and communication skills.
  • Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.

Experience:

  • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Salary: 3LPA-3.50LPA
