Educational Consultant

Tara Edu Consultancy is looking for a Telesales Executive to handle leads generated through Instagram, website, WhatsApp, Sulekha, referrals, events, and other marketing channels. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective students, understanding their requirements, qualifying leads, and converting them into counselling appointments.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to leads generated through Instagram, website, WhatsApp, Sulekha, referrals, events, and other marketing channels.
• Understand students' academic backgrounds, preferred countries, courses, intake, passport status, and funding requirements.
• Qualify leads based on their study-abroad requirements and readiness.
• Explain the company's study-abroad services and guide students towards the appropriate counselling process.
• Encourage qualified students to book a free counselling session with the counselling team.
• Follow up with interested and potential students through calls, messages, and WhatsApp.
• Maintain accurate lead information, call outcomes, and follow-up details in the CRM.
• Coordinate with counsellors for smooth handover of qualified leads.
• Respond promptly to enquiries from students and parents.
• Achieve daily and weekly calling, follow-up, counselling booking, and lead-conversion targets.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with hot, warm, and cold leads.
• Share feedback and insights from student interactions with the marketing and counselling teams.
• Maintain professionalism and provide a positive experience to prospective students.
• Requirements:Minimum 12th Pass; graduates are preferred.
• Good verbal and written English communication skills.
• Fresher and experienced candidates can apply.
• Previous experience in telesales, telecalling, inside sales, counselling, or customer service is an advantage.
• Ability to communicate confidently with students and parents.
• Good follow-up and convincing skills.
• Comfortable working with CRM systems and digital communication tools.
• Target-oriented and willing to work in a performance-driven environment.

Candidates with experience in the study-abroad / education industry will be preferred.
