WE ARE LOOKING FOR SENIOR CANDIDATE WHO HAS EXPERIENCE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AS BPO/VOICE PROCESS

*MUST HAS EXPERIENCE IN MAINTAINING THE TEAM.

* Manage customer queries via phone & chat.

* Resolve issues promptly.

* Build strong relationships with customers.


Laptop is mandatory

Need to now any 3 languages fluently (Tamil,English,hindi,telugu, Malayalam).
