Job Description
- Lead and manage a team of Personal Loan Collection Executives.
- Drive daily and monthly collection targets and ensure achievement of team KPIs.
- Monitor overdue accounts, DPD buckets, PTPs, and collection performance.
- Allocate cases to team members and ensure proper follow-up with customers.
- Guide the team on effective collection and negotiation techniques.
- Track daily performance, productivity, and recovery numbers.
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide coaching and feedback.
- Handle escalated customer cases and support team members in difficult cases.
- Ensure all collection activities comply with company policies and RBI guidelines.
- Prepare and share daily/weekly collection MIS reports with management.
- Coordinate with the operations and management teams to improve recovery rates.
