Job Description

*📞 Position:* Call Center Associate

*🏢 Company:* Dr. Care Homeopathy

*📍 Location:* KPHB, Hyderabad


*🕘 Work Schedule:* 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

*📅 Working Days:* Mon to Fri 1 Day Rotational Week Off (Sat & Sun - Mandatory Working)


*💼 Job Description:*

✅ Manage incoming & outgoing customer calls professionally 

✅ Conduct outbound calls for follow-ups, feedback & appointment reminders

✅ Maintain detailed records of customer conversations


*💰 Salary:* Up to 16K + Attractive Incentives (5K - 8K)

*🚀 Notice Period:* Immediate Start


*📌 Job Specifications:*

🎓 Qualification: Any Graduate / Intermediate

👨‍💻 Experience: Freshers & Experienced both can apply

🗣️ Skills: Strong Communication + Basic Computer Knowledge

🌐 Languages: Telugu, English,Hindi.
