Job Description
JOB PURPOSEDrive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and promoting the company's precision engineering capabilities across defence, aerospace, industrial, and allied sectors.
- EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONBachelor's Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- MBA in Marketing / Business Development will be an added advantage.
EXPERIENCE4–6 years of experience in business development, technical sales, or marketing within manufacturing, precision engineering, aerospace, defence, sheet metal, fabrication, or industrial engineering sectors.
- REQUIRED SKILLSUnderstanding of precision engineering and manufacturing processes
- Knowledge of machining, sheet metal, fabrication, assemblies and composites
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
- Exposure to aerospace/defence quality expectations and industrial standards
- BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIESExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Result-oriented and self-driven approach / customer handling skills
- Problem-solving and coordination abilities Preferred
INDUSTRY EXPOSURECandidates with experience in the following sectors will be preferred:
- Aerospace / Defence manufacturing
- Precision engineering industries / Industrial components manufacturing
- Composite product manufacturing
- KEY RESPONSIBILITIESIdentify and develop new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, OEMs, PSUs, and industry partners.
- Generate enquiries, RFQs, quotations, and proposals
