Job Description
We are looking for a skilled BMS Commissioning Engineer with hands-on experience in Siemens Desigo CC to execute commissioning, programming, testing, integration, and troubleshooting of Building Management Systems (BMS). The candidate will be responsible for delivering projects on time while ensuring compliance with customer specifications and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Commission and program Siemens Desigo CC-based BMS projects. Configure and commission Siemens PX/PXC DDC controllers.
- Develop and modify Desigo CC graphics, alarms, trends, reports, schedules, and user management.
- Perform point-to-point testing, loop checking, functional testing, and system validation.
- Configure and troubleshoot BACnet/IP, BACnet MS/TP, Modbus RTU/TCP, and OPC communication.
- Read and interpret control schematics, BMS architecture, wiring diagrams, and HVAC control drawings.
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, clients, and subcontractors during project execution.
- Provide customer training and post-commissioning technical support.
- Support AMC, preventive maintenance, and emergency service activities when required.

- Experience in Pharma Industry , hospitals, data centres, industrial plants, airports, or IT parks is preferred.
