AutoCAD Drafter

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented AutoCAD Draftsman & Site Supervisor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate technical drawings, coordinating with designers and contractors, supervising interior execution works, and ensuring projects are completed as per approved drawings, quality standards, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities1. AutoCAD Drafting

• Prepare detailed 2D AutoCAD drawings for residential, commercial, and office interior projects.
• Develop furniture layouts, partition layouts, electrical layouts, ceiling plans, flooring layouts, and detailed working drawings.
• Prepare shop drawings, furniture details, and execution drawings as per project requirements.
• Revise and update drawings based on site measurements and client requirements.
• Coordinate with the design and execution teams to ensure drawing accuracy.

2. Site Supervision

• Supervise daily interior fit-out activities at project sites.
• Monitor carpentry, electrical, painting, false ceiling, flooring, glass partition, and other interior works.
• Ensure execution is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, technicians, and site workers.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned works.
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain workmanship and quality standards.
• Identify and resolve site-related technical issues.

3. Measurements & Documentation

• Conduct site visits and take accurate measurements.
• Prepare material requirements and quantity calculations.
• Assist in preparing BOQs and material estimates.
• Maintain daily site progress reports and project documentation.
• Verify completed work quantities and contractor measurements.
• Report project updates to the Project Manager.
• Required Skills & QualificationsDiploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D is mandatory.
• Good understanding of interior execution drawings and construction details.
• Knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and installation methods.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior drawings.
• Strong site coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple site activities independently.
• Knowledge of MS Excel and basic BOQ preparation is preferred.
