Area Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Area Manager to manage and oversee multiple burger shop outlets. The candidate will be responsible for sales, outlet operations, staff performance, food quality, customer service, inventory, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of multiple burger shop outlets.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Monitor food quality, taste, hygiene, and presentation.
• Ensure all outlets follow company SOPs and operational standards.
• Manage outlet managers and staff performance.
• Monitor attendance, manpower requirements, and staff productivity.
• Control inventory, food costs, wastage, and operational expenses.
• Conduct regular outlet visits and performance checks.
• Handle customer complaints and improve customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with HR, Kitchen, Purchase, Marketing, and Management teams.
• Analyze outlet sales and identify areas for improvement.
• Train and motivate outlet teams.
• Support new burger outlet openings and ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance reports for management.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Burger Shop, QSR, Fast Food, or Restaurant Operations.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Good knowledge of sales, inventory, food quality, and outlet operations.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple outlets and teams.
• Willingness to travel between outlets.
