Accounts Executive – National Dental Care

Job Summary

National Dental Care is looking for an experienced and responsible Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain financial records, and support the smooth functioning of the accounts department.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.

Handle purchase, sales, receipts, payments, and journal entries.

Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, bills, and other accounting documents.

Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.

Manage accounts payable and receivable.

Assist with monthly and annual financial closing activities.

Maintain proper documentation and records for audit purposes.

Coordinate with management, vendors, and other departments regarding accounts-related matters.

Ensure timely and accurate entry of all financial transactions in Tally.

Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting requirements as applicable.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting/accounts executive roles.

Good working knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime is mandatory.

Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles.

Good knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office.

Experience in bank reconciliation, ledger maintenance, invoicing, and accounts payable/receivable.

Knowledge of GST and TDS will be an added advantage.

Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to maintain accuracy and confidentiality in financial records.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates who are detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of independently handling day-to-day accounting operations are preferred.
