🎯 Role OverviewLooking for a hands-on Finance & Accounts professional with strong experience in accounting, financial operations, MIS, reconciliations and statutory coordination within an industrial/project-driven environment.

🔑 Key Responsibilities💰 Finance & Accounting

• Manage day-to-day accounting, invoices, bills and payments.
• Handle Accounts Payable & Receivable.
• Perform bank, ledger and vendor reconciliations.
• Track outstanding payments and collections.

📊 MIS & Reporting

• Prepare Finance MIS and management reports.
• Support monthly closing and financial reporting.
• Track project expenses and operational costs.
• Maintain accurate financial records.

🧾 Compliance & Audit

• Support GST & TDS activities and reconciliations.
• Maintain statutory records and audit documentation.
• Coordinate with auditors and internal stakeholders.

🏗️ Project / O&M Finance

• Coordinate with Operations and Project teams.
• Monitor project/site expenses and vendor bills.
• Support cost tracking and financial documentation.
