Job Description

  • Greet customers and understand their furniture/interior requirements.
  • Explain furniture products, designs, materials, features, and prices.
  • Assist customers in selecting the right products.
  • Handle customer queries professionally.
  • Maintain proper product presentation and showroom display.
  • Explain offers, discounts, and available schemes.
  • Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with the billing and order process.
  • Maintain daily sales and customer enquiry records.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and build good customer relationships.
