📍 Job Location: Serampore (Prospace Industrial Park, Near Belu More)
📋 Role Overview
👉 Position: Picker Senior Assistant
👉 Employment Type: Full-time (In-house)
👉 Shift: Day & Night
Note: 9 Hours duty including a 1-hour break.
👉 Working Days: 6 days a week (1 Weekly Off)
🛠️ Key Responsibilities: Picking & Packing of clothing items. Sorting, Scanning, & Putting products in designated areas.
✅ Qualifications & Requirements
👉 Education: Minimum 10th Pass.
👉 Age Limit: 18 – 37 Years.
💰 Salary & Benefits
₹11,008 (NTH) 1,000 Attendance Bonus + PF + ESIC + 60 (Overtime) + Night Allowance (₹125/Night) + Performance Incentives + Yearly Bonus
Total Monthly Take-home: Approx. ₹13,000 – ₹15,000.
