Job Description – Store Keeper

🏭 Company: Parmeshwari Polyplast India Pvt. Ltd.

📍 Location: Dhulagarh, Poly Park, Howrah, West Bengal

💰 Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month (Based on experience & interview)

🕒 Experience: 2–4 Years (Plastic Manufacturing Industry Preferred)

⏰ Working Hours:9:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, store, and issue raw materials, packing materials, and finished goods.
• Maintain accurate stock registers, inventory records, and stock ledgers.
• Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), material issue slips, gate passes, and daily stock reports.
• Update inventory records and prepare daily/weekly MIS reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Coordinate with the Production, Purchase, Quality, and Dispatch departments to ensure smooth material flow.
• Monitor stock levels and inform the Purchase department for timely replenishment.
• Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Ensure proper storage, labelling, FIFO/FEFO practices (where applicable), and housekeeping of the store.
• Maintain proper documentation of inward and outward materials.
• Follow company inventory control procedures, safety standards, and 5S practices.

✅Eligibility Criteria

• 2–4 years of experience as a Store Keeper, preferably in a Plastic Manufacturing Company.
• Working knowledge of inventory management, stock control, warehouse operations, and material handling.
• MIS knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Excel are mandatory.
• Knowledge of ERP software will be an added advantage.
• Good organizational, communication, and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
