Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Check and manage all incoming Facebook & Instagram (Meta) leads
  • Call and WhatsApp new customers promptly
  • Understand customer requirements, including product, quantity and location
  • Maintain and regularly update all lead details in Excel
  • Qualify genuine enquiries before forwarding them
  • Connect customers with the appropriate sales/team member
  • Follow up on pending enquiries
  • Keep proper records of lead status and customer responses
  • Ensure no genuine lead is missed
  • Prepare basic daily lead and follow-up reports
  • priority for digital marketting experience
