Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Title: Sales Executive – Interior Design & ProjectsJob DescriptionWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, meeting potential clients, understanding their requirements, and converting leads into successful interior projects.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new leads through field visits, references, networking, and other sales channels.
• Visit clients at their homes, offices, or project locations to understand their requirements.
• Present the company’s interior design and execution services to prospective clients.
• Coordinate with the design team to understand and communicate project requirements.
• Follow up with leads, prepare proposals/quotations, and convert enquiries into confirmed projects.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Maintain regular updates of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and sales activities.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams throughout the sales and project handover process.
• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
• RequirementsValid Driving Licence and own bike is compulsory.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and presentable personality.
• Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
• Ability to handle client meetings independently.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
• Basic knowledge of interior design, construction, furniture, or related industry will be an advantage.
• Previous experience in Interior / Real Estate / Construction / Furniture / Architecture / Building Materials sales will be preferred.
• Freshers with excellent communication and sales skills may also apply.
