Key Responsibilities & Performance Breakdown

1. Design & Quote Management (80% of Time)

Duties: Complete comprehensive designs and accurate quotes for customer inquiries received online, via showroom consultations, or through Retail Channel Partners.

Core Competencies:

• Solid understanding of spatial design and interior architecture.
• Accurate costing and estimation capabilities.
• A collaborative approach to working with customers and partners.
• Strong problem-solving, time management, and focus.

2. Retail Partner Collaboration & Support (10% of Time)

Duties: Support Retail Channel Partners by providing the best available product options and troubleshooting design challenges to deliver a complete customer solution.

3. Customer & Retailer Service (10% of Time)

Duties: Respond promptly and professionally to sales, service, and support inquiries from both customers and retailers via phone and email.
