Job Description:

We are hiring a detail-oriented Procurement Executive with experience in the automotive industry to manage end-to-end procurement activities, vendor coordination, and timely material delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end procurement, including supplier sourcing, purchase orders, and delivery follow-ups.
• Coordinate with vendors for quotations, pricing, availability, and delivery schedules.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors.
• Compare quotations and negotiate pricing and commercial terms.
• Create and track purchase orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with production, stores, quality, and finance teams.
• Maintain procurement records, vendor details, and purchase documentation.
• Resolve supplier-related issues and escalate delivery delays or quality concerns.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Automotive industry procurement experience is mandatory.
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end procurement and vendor management.
• Good negotiation, vendor coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Knowledge of purchase orders and procurement documentation.
• Tamil communication skills are mandatory.
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
