About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Principal to lead the academic and administrative operations of a CBSE school in Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in school leadership, a proven track record in academic management, and the ability to guide teachers and students towards excellence.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the school's academic planning, curriculum implementation, and daily administration
  • Ensure adherence to CBSE guidelines, educational standards, and school policies
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate teachers to improve teaching quality and student outcomes
  • Monitor student performance, discipline, and overall development
  • Coordinate with parents, teachers, and school management to maintain effective communication
  • Drive continuous improvement in academic standards and school operations


Who Can Apply

  • Minimum 15 years of overall experience in the education sector

  • Fluency in both Tamil and English is mandatory
