Location: Tamil Nadu, Karnataka & Kerala

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant field sales experience

• Job Responsibilities:Generate new business opportunities and leads in the manufacturing and production sector.
• Visit factories, manufacturing units, industrial clients, and potential customers regularly.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
• Conduct product presentations and explain product features and benefits.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate with clients, and follow up until order closure.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer requirements.
• Maintain regular field visit and sales reports.
• Requirements:Minimum 3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the manufacturing/industrial sector.
• Candidates should have good knowledge of B2B/industrial sales.
• Tamil and Kannada language skills are highly preferred/required.
• Basic English communication is required.
• Good negotiation, communication, and customer-handling skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, and Kerala.
• Strong target-oriented approach and ability to work independently.
