Client Relationship Executive

| **Lead & Enquiry Management** | Receive enquiries, understand customer requirements, record leads, and coordinate quotations.                     |

| **Customer Communication**  | Maintain regular communication with customers through email, phone, meetings, and WhatsApp/business channels.             |

| **Quotation Coordination**  | Collect costing from production/costing teams and prepare or coordinate quotations.                          |

| **Order Management**     | Follow up on purchase orders, artwork approvals, specifications, quantities, delivery dates, and payment terms.            |

| **Artwork Coordination**   | Coordinate between customer, design/prepress, and production teams for artwork approval and revisions.                 |

| **Production Follow-up**   | Track orders internally and keep customers informed about production status and expected completion.                  |

| **Delivery Coordination**  | Coordinate with dispatch/logistics and ensure labels are delivered according to the committed schedule.                |

| **Complaint Handling**    | Record customer complaints, coordinate investigation with QA/production, and communicate corrective actions to the customer.      |

| **Customer Retention**    | Maintain relationships with existing customers, identify repeat-order opportunities, and follow up on inactive customers.       |

| **Sales Support**      | Identify opportunities for additional products such as different label materials, finishes, sizes, adhesives, or printing technologies. |

| **CRM Data Management**   | Maintain customer records, enquiry history, quotations, orders, complaints, and follow-up information in the CRM/ERP system.      |

| **Payment Follow-up**    | Coordinate with accounts and follow up with customers regarding overdue payments where applicable.                   |

| **Reports & MIS**      | Prepare reports on enquiries, quotations, orders, sales, customer complaints, pending approvals, and lost business.
