Job Description
Store Manager – UD Mart Private Limited
Location: Ramkola, Kushinagar, Uttar Pradesh
Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month
Experience: 2–5 years
Qualification: Graduate
Job Type: Full-time
Additional Benefits & Accommodation
- Free Accommodation: One separate room will be provided to the selected Store Manager.
- Daily Expenses: Daily living expenses will be provided by the company as per mutually agreed terms.
- Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month, based on experience and suitability.
- Work Location: UD Mart Private Limited, Ramkola, Kushinagar, Uttar Pradesh.
- Job Type: Full-time, on-site.

Job Responsibilities
- Manage daily grocery supermarket operations.
- Supervise staff and maintain customer service standards.
- Monitor stock, inventory, expiry dates and replenishment.
- Manage suppliers, purchase invoices and stock records.
- Check daily sales and reconcile cash, UPI and card payments.
- Prepare daily sales and inventory reports.
- Operate Marg ERP or similar billing and inventory software.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in any stream.
- 2–5 years of experience in grocery retail, supermarkets or FMCG.
- Excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English.
- Fluent in speaking and understanding both languages.
- Strong leadership, computer and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in inventory management and staff supervision.
