Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Travel Sales Executive / B2B Sales Executive to join our growing Travel Agency / DMC team in Uttarakhand.

The candidate will be responsible for generating business from travel agents, tour operators, corporate clients and direct customers, understanding their requirements, preparing tour quotations and converting enquiries into confirmed bookings.


  • Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming travel enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email and other channels.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with travel agents, tour operators and corporate clients.
  • Generate new B2B business and maintain existing client relationships.
  • Prepare customized tour itineraries and quotations.
  • Sell domestic holiday packages, pilgrimage tours, group tours, FIT packages and Uttarakhand destinations.
  • Coordinate with the Operations and Product teams for pricing, availability and itinerary feasibility.
  • Follow up regularly with clients and convert enquiries into bookings.
  • Negotiate rates and close deals while maintaining company margins.
  • Maintain enquiry, follow-up and sales records.
  • Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
  • Provide excellent pre-sales and post-sales customer service.
  • Stay updated on destinations, hotels, transportation, sightseeing and tourism products.
