📋 Key Responsibilities:

🏠 Promote and sell available residential, resale, and plot properties.

📞 Generate leads through field activities, customer references, and other sales channels.

🤝 Understand customer requirements, budget, and property preferences.

📍 Conduct client visits and arrange property site visits.

🏡 Show properties to prospective buyers and explain relevant property details.

🗣️ Convince potential customers and address their questions regarding properties.

🔄 Follow up regularly with leads and prospective buyers to support conversions.

📋 Maintain records of customer interactions, leads, meetings, and follow-ups.

🤝 Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat and referral business.

📊 Identify new sales opportunities and potential customers in the assigned area.

🎯 Achieve assigned property sales and performance targets.

🛵 Travel within the assigned area for client meetings, property visits, and sales activities.

💼 Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth completion of the sales process.

💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, as per skill & experience

🎯 Incentive: ₹99,999+ based on performance
