Dairy Mart ko apne ERP, Android App, Website aur IT systems ko manage aur maintain karne ke liye ek responsible IT & ERP Support Executive ki आवश्यकता है।
Responsibilities
Dairy Mart ERP/App ko daily monitor aur maintain karna
Salesman, retailer aur admin users ki technical problems solve karna
App, website, domain aur hosting ko manage karna
Database ka backup aur basic data management
GitHub aur application updates/deployment handle karna
Android App / PWA ke updates aur testing karna
App mein bugs identify karke resolve karna ya developer se resolve karwana
Server, API, login aur database related basic issues troubleshoot karna
New features ko testing ke baad live karna
IT-related records aur passwords/access ko properly manage karna
Required Skills
Computer aur internet ka achha knowledge
Basic HTML, CSS aur JavaScript knowledge
Database aur API ki basic understanding
GitHub ka basic knowledge
Website/domain/hosting ki basic understanding
Android App/PWA ki basic understanding
Problem-solving aur troubleshooting skills
Hindi aur basic English communication
