- Morning: Make list of 5 people to meet
- Day: Meet 2-3 customers, explain plans on laptop/mobile
- Evening: Follow-up on phone - "Sir, form bharna hai"
- Weekly: Visit LIC Branch (like CBO-1) for meeting with DO/ADO
*Income Structure:*
- *First Year Commission:* 25% to 35% of premium
- *Renewal Commission:* 5% to 7.5% for next 5+ years
- *Bonus + Gratuity:* After becoming Club Member, MDRT
*Skills Required:*
- Good communication in Hindi
- Trustworthy - because you handle people's money
- Patience - insurance is sold by trust, not pressure
