Job SummaryWe are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Sales Executive to grow our business in the local market. The candidate will be responsible for field marketing, customer visits, lead generation, order generation, and developing new business opportunities.

• Key ResponsibilitiesVisit retail shops, construction sites, contractors, builders, and other potential customers.
• Conduct regular field visits for marketing and sales activities.
• Generate new leads and convert them into customers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, contractors, builders, and other customers.
• Generate orders and follow up with customers for repeat business.
• Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Monitor local market activities and competitor presence.
• Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
• Maintain regular records of market visits, leads, orders, and sales.
• Focus on increasing sales and overall business in the assigned area.
• Candidate Requirements12th pass or Graduate.
• Freshers can apply; relevant field sales experience will be an advantage.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Comfortable with field work and daily market visits.
• Energetic, confident, hardworking, and target-oriented.
• Good relationship-building and business development skills.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
• Candidates with local market knowledge will be preferred.
