Job Description
Tele-Counselor to connect with prospective students, understand their career and training requirements, and guide them about suitable courses and career opportunities.
- Key Responsibilities - make outbound calls to prospective students and leads.
- Explain ICA Edu Skills courses, training programs, eligibility, and career opportunities.
- Understand students’ educational backgrounds, interests, and career goals.
- Counsel and guide over phone to the prospective students regarding suitable courses.
- Follow up regularly with interested candidates and convert leads into admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.
- Update lead information in CRM/Excel and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and admission targets.
- Coordinate with the counselling, admission, and centre teams.
- Freshers are welcome; experience in telecalling, education counselling, sales, or customer service is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with students and parents over the phone.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/Excel.
- Strong follow-up and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented, energetic, and self-motivated.
