Job Description
- Candidate RequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience in Business Loan / MSME Loan / SME Loan sales.
- Prior experience in a Team Leader / Sales Team Leader / Assistant Manager – Sales role will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of business loan products and the lending process.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Good team-handling, leadership, and communication skills.
- Strong customer acquisition and relationship-building abilities.
- Willingness to travel locally for customer meetings and market visits.
- Should be target-oriented, energetic, and self-motivated.
Preferred ExperienceCandidates from Banks, NBFCs, FinTechs, and other financial services companies with relevant Business Loan sales experience will be preferred.
