About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic, target-oriented and experienced Sales Manager to lead and manage the used-car sales team.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing sales executives, improving lead conversion, driving showroom footfall, closing deals, maintaining customer relationships and ensuring healthy sales profitability.
The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, negotiation and sales management skills, along with a good understanding of the used-car market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Target & Business Management
- Achieve monthly, weekly and daily sales targets.
- Set individual targets for Sales Executives.
- Develop strategies to achieve sales and revenue objectives.
- Monitor daily sales performance and take corrective action where required.
- Maintain healthy sales volume and profitability.
- Lead, motivate and manage the Sales Executive team.
- Allocate leads and enquiries effectively.
- Monitor individual salesperson performance.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews.
- Train team members on product knowledge, customer handling, negotiation and closing techniques.
