Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Drive monthly distributor activation and ensure consistent productivity
  • Train, mentor, and support distributors to improve sales performance
  • Identify performance gaps and implement action plans
  • Achieve monthly and annual business targets through the agency partner channel
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and clients
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback and guidance
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
  • Identify local market opportunities to drive business growth
  • Submit regular sales and performance reports to management
