Job Description

  • Generate new SBI Credit Card applications through branch customers and other leads.
  • Explain SBI Card products, features, fees, benefits, and eligibility to customers.
  • Achieve monthly sales and application targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and bank/branch staff.
  • Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into applications.
  • Collect and verify required KYC and application documents.
  • Ensure applications are accurately completed and submitted.
  • Coordinate with SBI branch employees and SBI Card teams for processing.
