In-House Sales Executive

Kitchen Mart Guwahati (Northeast biggest wholesale showroom)

Invites a customer-centric sales associate to greet walk-ins, understand needs, and suggest suitable products. You will ensure a positive experience from inquiry to purchase and maintain showroom presentation.

You will keep product knowledge up-to-date, handle inquiries via CRM, follow up to close sales, assist with quotations, billing, and documentation, and coordinate stock with the warehouse to ensure product availability and attractive displays.

Qualifications

Experience in retail sales or customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist walk-in customers professionally.

Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products.

Ensure a positive customer experience from inquiry to purchase.

Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.

Maintain knowledge of products, pricing, and ongoing offers.

Demonstrate product features confidently.

Stay updated on new product launches and competitor offerings.

Record inquiries in the CRM/register.

Follow up with prospects until sale is closed.

Maintain a healthy conversion from inquiries to sales.

Display products neatly with correct price tags and promos.

Maintain showroom cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.

Prepare quotations accurately.

Complete sales documentation without errors.

Coordinate with accounts for billing and payment collection.

File invoices, delivery notes, and customer records.

Coordinate with warehouse for stock availability.

Report low-stock items to the concerned department.

Assist in periodic stock verification and inventory audits.

Ensure display products are in good condition.
