Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (depending on experience)

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to manage Hiring Activities, day-to-day HR activities and support employee engagement and organizational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment and candidate screening
• Coordinate interviews and joining formalities
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Handle attendance, leave and basic HR operations
• Coordinate employee onboarding and induction
• Support employee engagement and internal communication
• Assist in payroll and incentive-related coordination
• Maintain discipline and ensure smooth HR processes
• Coordinate with management on employee-related matters

Requirements:

• Graduate in HR, Business Administration or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in HR/Recruitment preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets
• Good organizational and coordination skills
• Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally
• Candidates with recruitment and employee management experience will be preferred
